Section 01
Earning Points
Points are earned on eligible completed orders at the earn rate shown on your Wallet page. The rate is set by Card Voucher and may change.
- Points are credited once an order is completed
- Cancelled, refunded, or reversed orders may have their points withdrawn
- Points are awarded to the purchasing account only
Section 02
Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for Card Voucher Wallet credit once your balance reaches the minimum redemption threshold. The conversion rate and minimum are shown on your Wallet page and may change.
Redeemed points become Wallet credit and are then governed by the Wallet Top-Up Policy, including its non-refundable and non-withdrawable terms.
Section 03
No Cash Value
Points are a promotional benefit, not property, currency, or stored monetary value. They cannot be sold, purchased, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for cash.
Section 04
Adjustments and Reversals
Card Voucher may adjust, reverse, or withdraw points in the following circumstances:
- Points issued in error
- Points earned on orders later cancelled, refunded, or charged back
- Points obtained through abuse of a promotion, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity
Where points are reversed, any Wallet credit already issued from those points may also be adjusted.
Section 05
Points Do Not Expire
Reward points do not expire. Points remain on your account for as long as the account is open and in good standing.
Card Voucher does not apply an expiry period or an inactivity fee to reward points.
